Roy and all of his staff were great! I cannot say enough good things about everyone I encountered. I began this process knowing I did not need a lawyer, because the insurance company would take care of it. I found out that they would take care of themselves. Went in to talk to Roy with many worries hanging over me, and literally left all of my worries with him. No more high blood pressure calls with insurance adjusters. That alone was worth every cent. Competent, Compassion sums it up.
