I couldn’t think of hiring a different lawyer for my case looking back at everything. Admittedly, I’m not very familiar with any of the legal vocabulary and would become flustered and anxious almost he immediately, but between his speedy replies and ability to break things down and explain them clearly I always felt safe a protected with him as my lawyer. He was always on top of any communications or paperwork, making sure we were completely up to speed and ready to go. There was never a blind eye or unspoken fact about my case, he made everything very clear but would reassure me that we were always in control. I felt positive of our case the whole he worked for me.

Mr. Bates offers a free 15 minute consultation, but I must say he went above and beyond that. His counsel helped me enormously at a time when I was needing guidance in a matter concerning real estate knowledge. Before I contacted him, I tried calling at least 7 attorneys who made you go through a menu maze on the phone just to ask a simple question. In Mr. Bates case, he himself picked up the phone after the second ring and addressed me directly to answer my questions within minutes. His personal touch and professionalism have impressed me so much that I can’t even think about going to anyone else if I ever need a lawyer ever again. If you’re looking for someone who will answer you right away, and make you feel like a priority, no matter how small of a case, don’t look further. This is your guy!

Hired Attorney Thomas M. Bates

I have been using Tom Bates for the last 5 years for a wide range of issues I had come up, let me tell you that he is Always On Top of this Game, he returned every phone and even gave me his private cell, what attorney does that, NONE. I went to many court hearings with him and he knew more than the Judge did, it was something I have never seen before, a Awesome Attorney that run circles around the other attorneys that didn't even know what just hit them, he is very precise when he is in the court room and does his homework before the case goes to court, very interesting to watch him work in the court room, you will be AMAZED. I just finished an auto accident with him and he help me find doctors in my neighborhood and also help with all the medical bills I had and contacted each office for me with an LOP which was a great help. Bottom Line I WILL TOM AGAIN and AGAIN, he is the ONLY ATTORNEY I TRUST to do a GREAT JOB !!!

Mr. Bates represented me a car accident case. Ultimately, I had to sue my own insurance company under the "uninsured motorist" portion of my policy. This area of the law can be complex, tricky and technical, therefore you need an expert lawyer. Tom is that. Every step of the way Tom was a tireless advocate for me. He always answered my calls or emails (even on Sundays); he explained things as we moved through the process; he was always prepared and on top of matters. The excellent client service didn't stop with him, as his assistant Bonnie was equally caring, dedicated, and professional. His preparation ensured that he was never surprised or caught off guard by the insurance company, ever. He's not afraid to take a case to trial, which is so important. His preparation led to a very favorable settlement for me. I have recommended Mr. Bates to a work colleague and a very close friend. I care about and see them on a very regular basis, which demonstrates how much I trust Mr. Bates.

After reading his credentials and experience, and speaking with him, we felt confident in his knowledge of the law in regards to our situation. along with his confidence. Board Certified Trial lawyer is a must !!! I had the unfortunate reason to hire a lawyer for a case in Florida. After some research and high praise from other lawyers I selected Thomas Bates based on his Board Certified Trial experience. He also had over 25 years in the business and was well know by the law enforcement community. My case was a 3 year ordeal for which was long and difficult. Mr Bates communicated well with updates and emails. Big Trial win !!!
