About Talina Bidwell

Talina Bidwell is Of Counsel to Pike & Lustig, LLP and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Personal Injury practices. Before joining the firm, Talina was Senior Counsel at one of the largest law firms in Florida, Broad and Cassel, where she practiced at both the trial and appellate levels for over thirteen years. Talina represents individuals, corporations, financial institutions, mortgage loan servicers, law firms, debt collectors and other entities in both State and Federal Courts. Talina is an accomplished trial lawyer specializing in commercial, real estate, banking and consumer financial litigation.

Talina is admitted to the United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Talina is a former judicial intern to the Honorable Harry Lee Anstead, Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida and a former law clerk to Judge Eleanor Schocket of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Talina graduated cum laude with her juris doctorate in 2001 from Florida State University College of Law, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in 1997 from Florida International University.

Talina was named a “Rising Star” in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 “Florida Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics magazine. She was also recognized as a 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 “Top Up & Comer” by South Florida Legal Guide.
