I was referred to the Searcy firm for representation in a suit against a tobacco company, and was given notice that after many attempts to contact me unsuccessfully (I never received a call, email, nor snail mail at all) and because of that they are denying me representation.{para}Due to their inability to communicate, I will gladly take my business to a more effectively managed firm.
