Scott J. Sternberg has been a dedicated attorney in Florida since 1998, licensed to practice in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of the state. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including The Florida Bar, the Federal Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Sternberg earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University in 1995 and graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998, ranking second in his class. His contributions to Stetson include serving as the local government digest editor for the Stetson Law Review and receiving the 1997 Editor of the Year Award. After clerking for U.S. Magistrate Judge Howard T. Snyder, he practiced commercial litigation and workers' compensation law before founding Masnikoff & Sternberg, P.A. in 2004. In 2010, he established Scott J. Sternberg & Associates, P.A., and in 2021, he launched Sternberg/Forsythe, P.A., focusing on Workers’ Compensation and workplace injuries.
