This lawyer was not personable and arrogant. he leaves most of his to his colleagues who in turn don't follow through or do what they should so client needs falls through the crack. Roca switched firms during my service and was not on top of things at all. Callers weren't returned, proper disclosure and updates not provided on timely basis. Accounting was not reported and staff was just as negligent in keeping client informed. Also lied about release of $ 150 in settlement money/kept $ 4 copies
