Patrick was incredibly experienced in dealing with manufacturers, contract law and in my case, with the lemon law. He was upfront about the probability of winning our case, followed up thoroughly, and in the end, argued successfully against the lawyer from BMW winning my case. On a personal level, he is pleasurable to spend time with and interesting.
