Hired Attorney

We found Mr. Hektner to be extremely knowledgeable, fair, and talented. He was the attorney for our insurance company so we cannot speak to the 'value for money'. I expect he is worth every penny! We had a great, professional experience with him, his Paralegal, and the firm and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you.

Hired Attorney

Mr. Hektner had no consideration for right or wrong. His only interest was to settle the case quickly at any cost. We as an association, had no responsibility to pay for the unit owners drywall. Why was this settled? It sends a very bad message to all owners on how easy it is to file frivolous claims and get compensation.
