Outstanding firm. Craig Kelley is as knowledgeable as anyone in his field. His staff is polite, patient and conscientious. His assistant, Dana Kaplan, is personable and and has a work ethic second to none.
Over all the firm has the clients best interest as their goal.
Highly recommend them.

Approximately nine months Ms Dana Kaplan of this firm was recommended to me as a solid bankruptcy atty. A family member with mental health issues had run up credit card debt of $100K giving it all to scammers. Ms Kaplan, her paralegal Ms Lewis were professional, compassionate, and ultimately prevailed against three major credit card companies in this contested bankruptcy case. My experience with Ms Kaplan and her paralegals was superb. I highly recommend this legal team.

Outstanding performance on handling all aspects of our bankruptcy. If you are looking for the cheapest attorney to handle your case, I suggest looking somewhere else. However, there are certain situations in life you don't want to be frugal on, and Bankruptcy representation is definitely one of them. Craig and staff performed admirably and I would highly recommend them to any family member or friend.

Communication within the office was terrible. Inaccurate information given by paralegal, mistakes denied by the attorney. Attorney repeatedly reassuring me I could speak with her directly, but I had to go through the rude and often curt paralegal every single time. I was told I could possibly be “squeezed in” because the attorney was sooooo busy. It was very difficult to get time with the attorney once I had paid the retainer. I was told I was “overthinking” things when I had additional questions or needed clarification. My case was discharged, so fortunately it worked out. Not recommended-go elsewhere if you are looking for a professional, organized, responsive firm.
