He does Last minute work. Contracts for sale and lease took him 3 mos. mistakes all over the contracts. He worked on them at night and have me respond late night under pressure with all the mistakes. He had left me with a lien on the sale and did not properly advise me. I’m still waiting for lien to be lifted before getting my own loan to fund the business. He displaces blame very well and does not take reponsibity. I’m shaking my head with this one. Horrible experience. He was not responsive for weeks and took his time with my contracts until he had to finish it up quickly for the deadline. I had to constantly watch out and double check on what they write as they don’t study the case and made many errors. I could not catch all and now I’m left with a lien that i have no idea when it will be lifted as he said he doesn’t work for the bank???? Unbeli
