I was referred to Mr. Goldberger recently as my situation was very serious. I found Mr. Goldberger to be quite intelligent and compassionate. He has an impeccable reputation in the legal community so I hired him. I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism he exhibited in court. You could clearly see that he has the respect of the judges and the State Attorneys in the courtroom. I was very pleased with the outcome of the case and I would highly recommend him!
Jack goldberger just finished a case for our son. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Goldberger. He was patient and compassionate and was always there to,answer our questions. Having gone with him to Court it Was obvious the respect he receives for his many years as an attorney from judges and prosecutors. Jack Goldberger charged a large sum of money to an individual who went to him for help. The individual was accused of a non violent criminal act of which he did not do. Although Jack advertises that he accepts credit cards, he demands cash only. He sit with you during a free consultation and makes promises and offers services that he does not fulfill. Jack is an unethical individual who is non responsive in that he does return phone calls or emails and does not prepare for the courtroom.
DO NOT USE JACK GOLDBERGER!!! he is only in business because of the money, and could care less about his clients once he takes your money upfront. I used jack, and can honestly say it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. jack will be a very nice person until he has your money and knows you can not get it back, then he will dodge calls and his secretarys will avoid calling you back.
