About Mr. Gary Shepard Lesser

Gary S. Lesser served as the 74th President of The Florida Bar and is Managing Partner of Lesser, Landy, Smith & Siegel, PLLC, a third-generation law firm with nearly a century of experience successfully fighting for injured clients and their families across Florida. Gary is one of Florida’s foremost personal injury attorneys, leading a team of skilled trial lawyers who practice law with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to personal client service and getting the best results on cases. Gary’s dedication to The Florida Bar is longstanding, with over 25 years of service, including more than a decade on the Board of Governors, and chairing the Legislation and Professional Ethics committees and receiving the Florida Bar President’s Award in 2017 and 2022. Gary is highly respected in the legal field and often serves as a guest lecturer and commentator on personal injury and professional ethics in the local and national media. He is a dedicated community servant and currently serves as Founding President of the Jewish Lawyers Association of Palm Beach County, on the Board of Trustees of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society, the Executive Board of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Directors of The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, and Young Singers of the Palm Beaches. Gary has been recognized for his leadership in the legal professional and charitable world, being awarded the Alumni Leadership Award from the University of Miami School of Law, the Luminary Award from the Alpert Jewish Family Services, the Florida Bar Tradition of Excellence Award and the 2024 Sidney A. Stubbs Professionalism Award from the Palm Beach County Bar Association. A native of West Palm Beach, Gary graduated from Forest Hill High School before earning a degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Bar & Gavel Society, and he served as Editor-in-Chief of the law school’s newspaper. Gary is happily married to his wife, Jennifer, and is the proud father of three daughters, Lillian, Josie and Rebecca.

Hired Attorney Mr. Gary Shepard Lesser

My wife and I worked with Gary and Mickey at LLLS for a case involving our college-age daughter who was involved in an accident. She is at the University of Miami, and we live in another state. We believed that we were facing a daunting situation, being remote and fighting insurance companies. Gary and Mickey were extremely communicative and they stayed with our case until it was fully complete. They truly took all of the headaches off of my wife and me.

There is one word that comes to mind when I think of Gary Lesser and his firm and that is AMAZING! I was in a car accident and not only did he exceed my expectations he is just an exceptional lawyer. I would recommend him to everyone. I know many lawyers but Gary Lesser is truly the astounding!!! He is there for you ever step of the way! He gets the job done!! My husband and I cannot thank him and his firm enough!! They work hard for you!! They are always in communication with you and you are not just a client!

My wife was in an automobile accident and Mr. Lesser was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. This was the first accident she had ever been in and Mr. Lesser walked her through it so her and I were both able to understand the process. There isn't another law firm around I would trust. I would highly recommend Mr. Lesser and his staff they made the entire process stress free and they were not only very professional but very personable. We are truly grateful.
