I definitely got my money's worth. Mark gave me a complete package with everything I needed. He laid out a roadmap of what I would need to optimize my family's estate. What I liked the most was that he and his staff worked with me to customize the Trusts and POAs to what I needed versus just getting the standard template. You can get a standard trust agreement from many lawyers which will give your trustee ultimate power to do anything, but if you want to specify what you want to happen if you become incapacitated for instance, then Mark and his staff work with you to write something that expresses what you want. I personally like to control my own destiny! I highly recommend Shalloway and Shalloway.

After working with a partner at Shalloway & Shalloway for almost two years trying to get an elderly parent approved for Medicaid, the firm's lack of responsiveness and unprofessionalism became untenable. An email to Mr. Shalloway asking for an explanation and a refund was completely ignored. Shameful.

Charged my grandmother $4000 and did bare minimum also cost us 30,000 in losses because of their negligence on timely matters. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Bar as well.
