My name is Elad Botwin, and I am a dedicated attorney passionate about helping people and achieving rewarding results. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. I then pursued a dual JD/MBA program at Stetson University in Gulfport, FL, earning both a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Business Administration by the age of 23. During law school, I interned in Washington DC, gaining valuable insights into the federal government.
My areas of practice include civil litigation, business law, family law (particularly divorce and dissolution of marriage), immigration law (registered with the EOIR immigration court system), contracts, and consumer law. I have extensive experience in commercial/business litigation, intellectual property/trade secrets, family law, condominium law, and personal injury. Eventually, I intend to shift my focus more toward transactional work.
I am also a published author with a law review article entitled “Deception Unknown: A Hard Look at Deceptive Trade Practices in the Video Game Industry.” As a Florida native from Oldsmar, I have lived in the Tampa Bay area my entire life. I strive to be considerate and ensure that my clients feel heard. I am licensed to practice law in Florida only.
