Dan is a brilliant lawyer and able to grasp a very convoluted, complex case that involved multiple plaintiffs and defendants who would eventually file a number of claims and cross-claims. What was truly impressive was the way he managed to outwit and out-maneuver two opposing attorneys representing my mother and sister who essentially combined forces to eliminate me from the Trust. Dan managed to obtain a settlement that was more favorable to me than the terms of the original irrevocable Trust and all previously proposed settlement agreements by working both attorneys into a corner with a check-mate during the last hearing that left them scrambling to explain to a judge the reason they didn’t want a court-ordered settlement. I could not be happier with the result he was able to negotiate on my behalf. Please know that I will be using Dan again at some point in the future as I view him as my expert Estate/Trust attorney
