About Brian K McMahon

Brian McMahon has lived in Palm Beach County his entire life, having been born and raised in North Palm Beach. After graduating from North Shore High School, he attended Florida State University. Upon graduating, he worked in retail for a couple years before deciding to attend law school. He attended St. Thomas University and graduated with honors. Since graduating law school, Mr. McMahon has focused his practice on bankruptcy. He worked as a law clerk to bankruptcy judges for 8 years. In 1999, he decided to start his own practice so that he could better assist the people of Palm Beach and Broward County. For that last 10 years, Brian McMahon has represented individuals and businesses in bankruptcy. Aside from practicing law, Mr. McMahon has been involved in his church and his community. He serves as a lector and Eucharistic minister at St. Jude Church in Boca Raton. He also has been involved with West Boca Youth Baseball for 9 years, serving as president from 2005-2008.

Hired Attorney

I was in a bad situation financially and Brian McMahon kept me informed and handled my bankruptcy efficiently and smoothly, he was always on top of things and very responsive to many questions during the process. I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, the communication and the end result. Mr. McMahon explained every step of the process, even calling me the day before the trustee meeting and explaining exactly what would happen. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful that I get a clean slate and a fresh start. Thank you so much.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
