Adam P. Hartley represents financial institutions and residential loan servicers in federal and state litigation on matters including contractual loan defaults, credit card disputes, residential mortgage foreclosures, consumer contract disputes, and allegations of violations of federal and state statutes. Adam defends financial institutions in federal court regarding allegations of wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, and violations of the consumer protection laws.
