I closed on a home with him as the seller wanted to use him and I wanted to use a title company. He was very very rude at closing when I asked questions about the deed being clear informing me I didn’t pay him to make sure the deed is clear, he was just there To sign a piece of paper and if it’s not he isn’t responsible. I paid him to do title work and that’s part of it! I would never recommend him or use him again. I feel sorry for the homeowner who uses him for their entire estate. I have stars on a few things only because his Para Tressa was great and I’m unsure how she works with such a rude and lazy man.
