Richard prepared our living trust several years ago. We were very happy with the time he took in answering our questions and providing guidance throughout the process. TRANSPARENT: I was impressed with the information provided on the Oregon Legal Center website. That was just the beginning of their transparency and accessibility throughout the process, including about fees. They are accessible via phone and online meetings for all but the final signing of documents. RESPONSIVE: I received a return phone call the same day from Mr. Noble who was out of the office. He explained the process at OLC and the fees. At every step after the initial contact they were very responsive. KNOWLEDGEABLE: The firm has 40 years of expertise in estate planning. The documents are understandable even by non-lawyers. Mr. Noble and Mr. Piraino took all the time we wanted to ensure we understood each document and the entire process. They always asked if we had any additional questions. OLC makes the estate planning process as easy as possible and the binder they provide at the end will make the process of distributing our estate much easier for our children.

They were a pleasure to work with, accessible and responsive. They are also available for any questions that arise in the future. OLC makes the estate planning process as easy as possible. The binder they provide is well organized and includes all the information our children will need.
