Hired Attorney Mr. Garland B. Baker

I was new to this area and did not realize that normal law practice , procedure, and following of the basic principals of the legal system did not apply here. It is the deep south at its worst and the good old boy system is what is applied. It just totally baffled me. And Mr. Baker no matter how he tried could not explain himself or what happened in the courtroom. I am educated and he actually told me I was asking too many questions.

Hired Attorney Mr. Garland B. Baker

He refused to meet with me outside of the courtroom to discuss my case, When I needed ONE continuance due to a legit medical emergency (i receive medical treatments for a serious condition) He just rolled his eyes at me and responded "whatever". He spent all of 15 seconds discussing my case with me before I went before a judge, and that's not an exaggeration. He only spoke to me when I was called up before the judge, he whispered into my ear two questions, and thats all he cared to know about me.
