Tal S. Madanes, Esq. graduated Pepperdine University School of Law after pursuing an undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Supplementing his law degree, Tal earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine’s Strauss Institute, the #1 rated dispute resolution school in the United States.At Pepperdine, Tal developed a passion for litigation. He clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, which provided the singular opportunity to gain court room experience while still in school. Tal also had the opportunity to work in chambers for the Honorable Judge Clark Waddoups in the Federal District Court for the District of Utah. Working in Judge Waddoups' chambers provided exceptional insight into the functioning and thought process of courts and judges. Tal now represents clients in California, Illinois and Utah courts and has taken on both large and small law firms.
Entrepreneurially minded, after graduating law school, Tal founded Madanes Law. Synergizing his passion for business and law, Tal focuses on assisting entrepreneurs, partners and sole-proprietors in developing a sustainable legal strategy for corporate formation, finance, and fundraising. Tal's litigation experience provides unique insight in his business transactional work for clients.
