Attorney Taub walked me through my bankruptcy, it was pretty simple. The fees were very reasonable too, there was an upfront fee then I was able to pay the rest over time, which really helped having been unemployed and in such financial distress.
This attorney has no phone number to reach. I tried everything to get in touch with him after I paid him for bankruptcy services. I got a notice from court that I owe for credit cards and gave them his name Paul taub already filed bankruptcy for me and to contact him. The court sent me a judgment in the mail saying that I lost the case and now I owe capital one $3,797.53 at $35 a week which is way more than I already owe. Paul taub did not help me. He took my money for the bankruptcy and is nowhere to be found. I would give him negative 5 stars if I could. POS
I have to agree with the others, beware this lawyer, he took my money quickly and offered no real communication, I tried several times calling leaving messages even emailing and never received a response, requested a refund, kiss that money good bye!!! Beware this Attorney...
This Attorney Paul Taub is a scam artist. My husband and I paid him $2600.00 to do Bankruptcy Chapter 7 filing, he only did the basic which is the petition, he never completed my chapter 7 filing. Every phone call to reach him with no answer or all his phone numbers out of service messages. Also, barely no contact by email could not reach him. To the public beware of this Attorney Paul Taub, I think he is running a scam Law practice of stealing money and not completing cases and victimizing.
