Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. My wife an I had ignored estate planning for too many years, but Mark took the time to explain the options and process, and was able to create and implement an estate plan that met all of our needs. Mark was accessible and shared his vast knowledge while answering all of our questions so that we were confident to move forward. The execution was seamless, all of the paperwork was properly prepared, and Mark and his staff were flexible, accommodating and professional during all interactions and the signing. I highly recommend Mark Steier for estate planning, wills and trusts.

Our family attorney for over 40+ years. Exceptional work drafting, then updating our Will. Further, Trust and Estate work was outstanding. Thoughtful and insightful throughout the process. All work completed in a timely manner. Fee always reasonable. Highly recommend for focused, estate work, planning and wills. Overall, a great Advisor
I have known and used Mark as my estate and will provider for over the past 20 years. He is easy to work with a vast knowledge and experience through his many years of practice in this area. He has always been responsive as well whenever I have a question or any possible change I may wish to consider. Additionally, he makes it a point to know and understand my family as well. You can"t go wrong with Mark!!!!
Mark helped us with a not so normal real estate transaction that included a use agreement. Mark gave us solid advice that protected our best interests. Mark also reviewed our estate planning and again gave advise and made only updates that were needed. Mark focused on the substance and did not suggest any stylistic changes but only on the important matters. Would recommend Mark without any hesitation or reservations.
I have worked with Mark on both the purchasing and sale of properties and estate planning. Over nearly 10 years working with him, I have found Mark to be a thorough, honest, and helpful attorney. Most recently my wife and I worked with Mark on estate planning, wills and medical proxy documents. Mark carefully walked us through each piece of the process and made sure we were totally comfortable with all the language as we signed the documents. A few months later when we needed to make changes, Mark was quick to respond to the request and work up the updated documents. We even were able to handle everything remotely during the Coronavirus pandemic to keep everyone safe. Above all, Mark's someone I trust to get things done right with the most important legal documents I've needed.
Mark worked with my parents to set up wills and trusts several years ago and they were always appreciative of the time and consideration, and excellent advice and service they were shown. Recently, my father passed away and I had to deal with settling the estate, selling his house, and so forth while living and working nearly a thousand miles away. Mark handled all of the legal necessities with the state and town, including the sale of the house. His work was efficient, timely, and effective. Mark made what could have been daunting task at a difficult time smooth and relatively painless, and he was always thoughtful and considerate. I am very appreciative of the work that he did on my behalf as well as the manner in which he did it. I recommend Mark highly and with complete confidence!
Working with Mark on our Will was a great learning experience for us. We wanted to draw up a will, and Mark talked us thoroughly through all aspects of the will, and importantly, pointed out the relationship of this with estate planning. He spent a lot of time exploring with us how and to whom and under what conditions we wanted to leave our estate. He made us think about aspects of our estate that we hadn’t thought about - such as specifying 2nd and 3 rd generation heirs, instead of just naming our primary heirs. This allowed us to leave specific items to great nieces and nephews. We both work, and he was very flexible with our demanding schedules. He explained thoroughly all of our questions. After a year, circumstances required that we make extensive changes to our will. This was done efficiently and quickly. Again, he explored with us what our specific wishes were, and insured that it was expressed in the correct legal jargon.
Mark has been my personal attorney for many years, and I've always found his advice to be thoughtful, useful and grounded in my best interests. Most recently he helped me write a will, not exactly a straight-forward process considering the children by former marriages that both my spouse and I brought to our union. I don't speak "legalese" but Mark listens carefully when I describe my wishes and then suggests how to proceed in everyday terms. He is empathic, and I trust him implicitly. His office is well-run and efficient.
