Not good! Routinely unprepared and doesn't pay attention to details in matters. Easily bullied and manipulated by other attorneys. Doesn't fight for what you deserve, and takes credit for things he never accomplished. Even forgot his reading glasses to court - twice! I wouldn't use him if he was free!
I hired Mark Ferraro in January 2020. My divorce proceedings dragged On for 1 1/2 years plus … ***Even though Mark comes across AS A nice caring man and has your back & Is going to fight for you & tells You strategy after strategy how he’s going win your case .EVEN GOES ON CALLING YOU BUDDY *** TRUTH BE TOLD WHAT HE’s really doing is RANKING UP CHARGES AFTER CHARGES FOR HIMSELF & HIS FIRM DON’T BE FOOLED! HE FAILED ME IN RECEIVING A BIGGER OUTCOME IN MY DIVORCE SETTLEMENT*** Once the divorce was finalized and the judge awarded me what I was supposed to receive by my ex *** Mark FAILED ME AGAIN HE LET MY EX GET AWAY WITH NOT COMPLAINING TO TJE DIVORCE DEGREE THAT WAS SIGNED MY TJE JUDGE *** instead, he cost me another $ 30,000+ after THE divorce was final for more of his BS …I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR HIS FIRM !!!
Mark Ferraro is a terrible lawyer. Dishonest and disingenuous to the core. He convinces every absent fathers that they are the 'alienated' victim and manipulates them into paying him thousands upon thousands, while increasing the division and ruining their relationship with their kids with his unethical tactics. The kids end up with no dad or support while Mark heavily lines his own pockets. Even the Family Court in Hartford had to eventually tell him he needed to change his practice as it wasn't working and they were getting complaints. Court dates without being served (see Jenn's Law and who caused it), paid off 'therapists', false allegations, etc, etc. He is an unethical slob who should lose his license!!
Worst human being ever. 'Money over kids' is his motto. He filed unnecessary motion after motion to 'wear down' the ex, but all it did was make everything worse - the coparenting, the arguing, the stress on the kids - the kids who have to get college loans since all our savings are sending his kids to college instead. He purposely incited increased anger and dragged the case out for YEARS. No matter how angry you may be at the other party, you don't want want this leech involved. He convinces you that he's 'sticking it to them' but really he's sticking it to you and laughing all the way to the bank. It's horrific that he works in Family Law and has such a damaging influence on the lives of children.
