Hired Law Firm

I met both Nick and Dean in one of the most turbulent times of my life. Both were very professional, straightforward, and explained the entire process to me in ways I understood. From the first meeting until sentencing, I relied on Nick to guide me to through the court process. I am so happy I placed my future in his hands, as the outcome was the best I could have imagined! I highly recommend Stowers & Sarcone!

I was in a terrible ATV accident on 08/01/2014. Unfortunately, come to find out, my 5yr old niece was with me. She sustained a small cut on her forehead that did not require stitches. Almost 3mos. later, I was charged with Class D felony Child Endangerment, and a Refusal to PBT, while in Trauma ER. Mr. Stowers had my best interest at hand, and my outcome was Pleading Guilty to 2 Traffic Tickets. This was simply nothing more than an accident, and Mr. Stowers Professionalism maintained just that!

Hired Attorney Mr. James Nelsen

Working with James Nelson had to be the best choice for me and for my case, he is very present and very easy to talk to. James responds to emails, phone calls, and text messages at a very fast rate. Well worth the money in my opinion. Very very knowledgeable and determined to get the right outcome into his clients cases. Very highly would recommend him to anyone in need of a strong lawyer.
