The modification was to add college onto the decree. But unfortunately it took 18 months for that to take place. They were dragging their feet and ended up costing over $2,500. And tons for making copies of everything for the past 36 months of all business and personal information just to have the custody change due to such a long delay in processing a basic modification. Had they done the decree change timely the custody change would have been delayed or canceled.

Her services were engaged to mediate a child support modification. She is utterly incapable of rendering an unbiased opinion and her services should be summarily avoided in any situation where clear, objective, unbiased thinking is in your best interest. We are currently drafting a formal complaint to the Iowa Bar Association in an attempt to banish her from ever doing anyone else harm by providing mediation services again. Shameful!
