The last time that I went to Joe Bertroche was February 13, 2009. It was for something that should not have taken any more than 1 month to get processed. He told me at the time that it would only take about 2 weeks to get all handled. I kept following up with him & he kept stating that they had not received pay stubs from my ex-husband. Then it came June & he still had not done anything. He asked me for $600.00 retainer (which was all of my stimulus money from the government).
