My case involved my son whose father essentially abandoned his child; Gary Hill helped me terminate the father parental rights and then helped my new husband adopt my child. Mr. Hill provided personal attention and care to my case. He was sensitive to the needs of my young son. Mr. Hill was immediately available to me whenever I needed to talk.
I wanted more time with my son. Since I wasn't able to obtain this on my own, I went to Gary Hill for his legal expertise. Not only did I get that, he "held my hand" through the process giving me the reassurance and confidence that I needed. He was always there to talk to when I needed him to answer my questions. Most importantly, I finally gained more time with my son. I would recommend his services to anyone that needs it.
Mr. Hill took my domestic abuse case to court and we won the case. He was prepared and very effective in the courtroom. He went out of his way to secure police records, 911 records. He treated me like I was his only client.
Let's just say the results don't equal the promises. I would not use them again. After paying them several thousand dollars they wanted 3000 more for the custody hearing. We told them we couldn't afford to pay any more ao they said they would " work something out". At the hearing they did nothing to represent us and just agreed to what the other party wanted.
This attorney will not fight for what's right. He did not know what he was doing. He had another attorney in his firm lead the way on a court case against my drugged out toothless ex wife whom lost the kids to the state. He did nothing to stop the state from taking my kids. I m a father in Wyoming whom has always paid child support and cared for my children. Zero affectionation with the law. Gary Hill is the worse attorney I have ever employed. Do not use this attorney!!!
