Very slow to respond. Before we agreed on his contingency fee, he promised to go after the full amount proven owed to me plus interest under Iowa law. Since then, he has done little to collect and has settled for a considerably lesser amount. All of this amount was due in September and I have barely received half of the diminished payment. He needs continually prompted to make a call to the out of state lawyers. When asked about the "interest" payments, I get no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
