Will is an associate in Lamb McErlane’s litigation group, working out of the firm’s Philadelphia office. His practice is concentrated in the areas of complex civil litigation, commercial litigation and defamation, representing individuals as well as local, national and international businesses in a wide array of contract and tort disputes.
Prior to joining Lamb McErlane, Will worked for a Philadelphia-based litigation boutique firm, litigating a wide range of complex and commercial disputes in the state and federal trial and appellate courts. As co-counsel, Will assisted in securing multimillion-dollar settlements for his clients in high-profile defamation, legal malpractice and wrongful use of process actions, among various other matters.
Will received his undergraduate degree in political science from University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs and his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as Articles Editor for the prestigious Journal of Law and Commerce.
Prior to entering private practice, Will served as senior judicial clerk to the esteemed Honorable R. Stanton Wettick, Jr. in the Commerce and Complex Litigation Center of Pennsylvania’s Fifth Judicial District. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
