Hired Attorney Catherine H. Voit

She is a feisty, no-nonsense attorney. Her rate is too low, so she is very busy. You must stay on top of her. She is not looking to maximize her billable hours and churn fees. She doesn't play games or fight just to fight. She always reminds you to focus on the kids best interest. She is a great negotiator and for a very reasonable price, got me everything I wanted. I believe I spent about $3,000 on a petition to relocate. My bitter ex fought very hard. He likely spent $20k.

Hired Law Firm

We utilized Catherine Voit's divorce mediation attorney services. She was partial when she shouldn't have been. She did NOT work to mediate ANYTHING! She brought up things that neither side (including attorneys) brought up that made things worse and further from an agreement. She was horrible and we wasted a lot of money on her. And since she could not do her job, we are back to using our attorneys and it is costing us many more thousands of dollars. HORRIBLE attorney!

Hired Attorney Catherine H. Voit

Accepted retainer yet did not place herself on record as my attorney. This caused complications with both the court and correspondence to which she should have received a copy.
