Cheryl has been practicing family law for 26 years. Prior to commencing her career as a family law practitioner, Cheryl was employed by Dun & Broadstreet as a Director of Special Projects and attended law school part-time. Cheryl commenced her family law career as a staff attorney in Chester County Domestic Relations, and was appointed as a Master in Chester County Family Court, where she served until 2005. Cheryl left the County to become a partner in the law firm of Goldberg, Meanix, McCallin & Muth prior to establishing McCallin Law, LLC, in October of 2015. Cheryl is primarily a family law attorney.

My divorce was contentious, and I needed an attorney who was knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to explain the many options available for a favorable settlement. Going to court can be daunting, but I felt Cheryl brought a unique perspective with her previous experience as a Master. Cheryl kept me informed, was quick to return emails and her staff is superior. I am so grateful she accepted my case, and I am happy to say, we had a great outcome! I would highly recommend her services as a family attorney!

Cheryl represented our daughter in a divorce case about ten years ago. Her knowledge of family law was definitely the key factor that enabled us to get a positive and favorable ruling on our behalf. There were several times we needed to follow up after the initial ruling regarding custody and visitation issues. She responded quickly, professionally and appropriately in each case. I recommend her highly for any case involving family law.
