Great assistance, very helpful and honest
He was very helpful and gave good recommendations. However, he was very slow in getting back to us and in responding.
My husband and I saw Mr. O'Hara last August regarding our will. We have called his office three times and we have yet to see a copy of the will or hear from Mr. O'Hara.
I retained Mark O’Hara for a dispute over a power of attorney and guardianship of my father. Attorney O’Hara told me not to come to a hearing in which the other side motioned you gave my POA dismissed. Mark said he would talk to the magistrate and get it straight and not to worry. I kept writing him week after week month after month. Finally, after another 8 months or so my father passed away and all was lost. I called the Gudorf Law firm and they told me he had been fired, but they allowed him to take the case with him....unbelievable.
