We hired him to help with the sale of our home. He was extremely responsive and helpful in us having a successful close. We would definitely recommend him and use him again for any real estate related matters.
Hired this office to serve as closing agent on the sale of my property. Mr. Arrighi was aware of TWO mortgages that needed cared for. The final closing documents apparently only included ONE mortgage. HUD contacted me re: deficiency in payment of $13K which was sent to US treasury within a couple months w/32% interest = $18K. Destroyed my good credit amongst other unrecoverable events. This office erroneously emailed me other clients PCI DSS financial information. I spent months attempting to try to work with Mr. Arrighi to reach a resolution & he said it's not his issue. This firm has a serious pattern of failure to exercise diligence in client financial matters. It is inexcusable for a title company of legal profession to conduct business in this manner and place their clients in jeopardous situations. I would not recommend using this firm.
If you want good representation, find someone else. Don’t count on Mr. Arrighi. He represented me in my 2006 divorce and did not do anything for me. I obtained full custody of my children and he and his firm suprised me with yet another retainer fee 2 months prior to my final hearing, in that hearing, I learned that he did not file the proper paperwork, even though he assured me he did. I could not in good conscious recommend his service to anyone in good conscious.
