Hired Law Firm

As a construction engineer I have lived in 6 states doing my profession, thus exposing me to several different law firms. This firm (David Bentsen) set up our trust and also handled real estate transactions for us. My wife and I are both very satisified with the firms work.

Hired Attorney Mr. Russell J. Speidel

I am honestly shocked at the poor reviews that are here. Mr. Speidel is one of the most well known estates and estate planning attorneys in the area. He completed our complicated estate plan and made us feel at ease should anything ever happen to us. His attention to detail is astounding. His hourly rate is a bit high, which I'm sure can be a tough pill to swallow for some, but you are getting his almost 40 years worth of legal knowledge. In complex estate planning, you get what you pay for and I feel ours was worth it. His staff are friendly and compassionate, and his law partner, Mr. Bentsen, is kind and intelligent. He answered a real estate question for us and was quite knowledgeable about various real estate matters. A wonderful team at Speidel Bentsen!

Hired Attorney Mr. Russell J. Speidel

Speidel refused to return calls. Would not follow instructions. He was too busy defending hinself in a lawsuit where he stole thousands of dollars from a client. Avoid this social misfit A waste of time and money.

Hired Attorney Mr. Russell J. Speidel

Hired this man to do legal work. In the beginning he came off as interested and helpful. He billed thousands of dollars for needless work. He did not follow instructions. His focus was on his fees, not my legal matter. He refused to return calls or listen to my concerns, regarding his poor work performance. Avoid this person.
