David Bentsen joined Speidel Law Firm as an associate attorney in June, 2009, following his graduation from Willamette Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. David has an excellent legal mind for research, writing and legal argument. For example, his 2011 brief regarding the Recall of Mayor Rick Heiberg of Coulee City resulted in the Supreme Court of Washington entering its order supporting our position without requiring the customary oral argument. David has earned the respect and appreciation of clients, as reflected in this client note of March 2012: “Thank you David Bentsen for your help with our real estate purchase. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
