I received prompt and effective assistance from Owlett & Lewis twice on the same issue. First, I received confirmation that my reading of the tax code was correct and that I did not owe a local income tax. Second, they wrote a letter to the tax collecting service (PAMS) to head off their attempt to charge me a penalty of hundreds of dollars for overdue taxes of $0.00.
