Hired Attorney Mr. William Shofstall Jr.

A great attorney very knowledgeable yet, does not communicate when called nor emailed and prefers litigation over settlement agreements. He is very determined to win a case at all costs to everyone in my opinion. He needs more people skills training as a public servant in my opinion.

This attorney does not return calls nor is responsive and does not follow protocol in civil procedure. He will do what it takes to win even if its unethical. He has elite access to judges and is not impartial.
