I have reason to believe that due to the fact she is from Cali and my step mom is from Cali Colombia, my step mom used this attorney/notario before he passed, around a year or two before his death. This happened just after we reconciled and cleared up long-standing misunderstandings. My stepmother has seemed determined to make my life unmanageable, to the point where it feels like I’m being denied the support I deserve as my father’s child. I’ve survived on my own since I was 17, yet my father’s estate plan, which this lawyer influenced, doesn’t reflect my resilience and independence. In addition, there are discrepancies in the notary’s commission dates, which don’t align with public records. This mismatch, alongside inconsistent dates and possible procedural errors, raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of recent deeds. I worry that such issues could indicate a lack of thoroughness or even complicity in undermining my rightful inheritance. Save yourself!! lazy + Fraudelent lol
