Attorney Michael B. Cosentino: A Liability to His Firm and the Public Michael B. Cosentino has a history of unethical conduct, including a public reprimand by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (PR2024-1): https://www.massbbo.org/Files?fileName=PR2024-1.pdf. His violations include disrupting a tribunal (Rule 3.5), prejudicial conduct (Rule 8.4), and past misconduct in 2019. Cosentino is helping Kate & Jamie O’Leary defraud Breiter Planet Properties, keeping a fully installed $30,138.31 solar system for free while demanding a refund. His actions are an abuse of the legal system. His troubling client reviews and disciplinary record make him a liability to Wilchins Cosentino Novins LLP—they should reconsider his place in the firm before more damage is done. Hired Attorney

Broke multiple multiple rules in the rules of professional conduct. He promised to work our case and created a case against us and told us he couldn’t win anything for us. Michael’s performance as an attorney has been criminal. I’m Pro Se now.
