Hired John Dow to do our home closing. He quoted me a flat fee price for the closing. He never advised us of a changed fee structure or any additional costs. We requested a copy of our closing document and he sent us the privileged and confidential financial closing document of another client named Kathleen. We informed them of this tremendous mistake and they just dismissed it. Finally, we get our correct closing document that is riddled with errors. Unqualified and Unethical. Stay away.
