Mark Prugh works very hard and dedicates himself on our case way more than he changed. He has a professional team that will help you every step of the way. He is definitely one of the best lawyer you can find in Missouri! Highly Recommended!
Mark Prugh has been an example of competence, professionalism, empathy, and impeccable communication skills. He kept us informed of all needed information, explained legal terms and was accessible any time. We appreciated his honesty and tact when explaining the options available. He has an excellent support team who are benefiting from his great leadership. I highly recommend Mark Prugh for any legal matter.
Outstanding lawyer and team. I hired him for my son in the Army and he defended him with passion. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. His team is professional and courteous at all times. I highly recommend Mr. Prugh and his team.
To Mr. Mark C. Prugh: Thank you and your staff for all the help and support to get me through the case with the City and on Post. I owe you over 18 years of my life. My co-workers here are saying that you are an excellent attorney. I fully agree. I asked you in March of this year how I could express my gratitude publicly and you said you appreciated the gratitude and that was plenty enough and that I was free to “use my imagination” regarding public expressions of thanks. Well, here it is.
xtremely positive experience working with the team at the Prugh Law Office. Our case was handled by Mark Prugh and his legal team with care and exemplary dedication. Mark's team was awesome to work with and handled our legal affairs with professionalism and more importantly, made us feel like our case was as important to them as it was to us. We couldn't ask for more or be more happy in working with this team. They helped us fight the fight and navigate through an extremely complex situation.
My son was involved in Army ROTC disenrollment proceedings that could have resulted in:(a) ROTC disenrollment;(b) major financial reimbursement of previous years payments;(c) jeopardized his chances of future employment (engineering). Mark Prugh took a case that looked unwinnable and my son not only won his dis-enrollment hearing and all benefits made retroactive, but Mark found several irregularities in his treatment that resulted in an Army investigation of his superiors. Highly recommend Mark
Everything was handled professionally and well, great feedback from him and his office on my case and great advise and guidance all the way.
Too expensive and is only lawyer in area for military/civilian issues. I felt taken advantage of to win the case.
He was very over bearing. He wanted me to fight for what he wanted me to fight for not for what I wanted. He has it stuck in his head that all women should fight for or want certain things when a marriage is over and does not take into account what the woman wants out of it. I did not want hardly anything other than out of the marriage and he wanted me to fight to get a bunch of stuff I did not want.
Worst legal "representation" ever. Paid him $6K to represent us in two simple municipal cases in Lebanon and a civil claim of judicial harassment. The initial meeting was all hype "pie-in-the-sky" advising these are open and shut cases. We ended up pleading to probation on the two municipal cases, this after Randy, who "represented" us, was requesting that we settle with a $250 fine. They have done absolutely no work on our civil case and we have requested four times for an itemized list of actions they performed on our behalf for the $6,000 we paid them and they have not responded - big surprise. Since we have moved to the area a few years ago we have discovered it's difficult to find people who operate with integrity, honesty and character. Unfortunately, Prugh Law Office, has also made this list of people (companies) to steer clear of! If you find yourself in a similar situation I suggest you file a report with the state at the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
