Hired Attorney Michael J. Sweeney

Michael is down to earth and a very caring individual. He is great at getting to the heart of the issues and to address things in a timely manner. He is great to consult with since he will go over all the options available and then let you know where you stand.

Hired Law Firm

I retained this law firm as a referral. I resided out of state for a child support hearing. This went on for a year and HJS attorney Marry tom informed of a solid case and at her advise I decided to go to court. I never Mary as I reside in FL . When when we did meet I was surprised did not present her self professionally and was out classed. In the end I lost the case badly they ceased communication and I paid them a considerable amount of money and in the end they sued me for more money.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
