Hired Attorney

He took his time arranging court dates and missed 2 deadlines. When you'd call him to find out what the hold-up was, he'd charge you 40.00 for a phone call

Working with this lawyer was a disappointment. He represented me in my 2009 Appeal. When I tried to discuss the strategy I wanted to use he told me that it was up to him how he would prosecute my appeal. Because he went his own way I lost my Appeal! It was only by the grace of G-d and the wise Judges on the Tennessee Supreme Court that I won my case at that level. Mr. McGown does not understand that a lawyers job whether hired by a client or appointed by the court to represent you he is there to assist you in your defense! If you get him as a lawyer please reconsider. If you he is appointed by the court to represent you please request that the Judge appoint another lawyer. And most of all remember that your lawyer is there to assist you in your case and you have the right to ask question at all stages of the case directly to the Judge. Thank you and may G-d be with you all.
