Hired Attorney Thomas McWatters III

Mr. McWatters assisted with finalizing the short-sale on my residence. He assured that the mortgage company would not be able to come after me for the balance of the funds. He explained to me why they wouldn't agree to this on the second mortgage and has subsequently assisted in managing collection attempts for this second mortgage. Throughout this difficult process he has been considerate and professional. It felt like someone was finally watching out for my best interest.
