Opinionated spectator. I had that. An advocate’s what I paid for. Concerns were dismissed. Reassurance always given; whatever would shut me up. I could only watch silently as I lost my @$$. Afterward he’s saying what a good job, and how hard he worked as if I didn’t speak English & had dementia. Had any of it been true, he wouldn’t have been saying it, or giving self-eval. I’d be saying it—it’d be obvious.The high opinion of his low effort magnified an already-negative moment&was uncalled for. Not relevant.Not justified.Picking that moment:insulting&offensive—in very poor taste & tactless; insensitive. Make me feel worse,knowing that I’m paying you to.If he truly believed it was a win/he toiled, then I misjudged his standards. His character is probably what goemisjudged, tho. My expectations were clear&reasonable.Until the case closed;the wrong time to decide they were never reasonable. It’s dishonest, and worse yet: I don’t get another shot at ‘fair’ & all I got was in$ulted&indebted!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
