They are prompt in responding and are knowledgeable in this area.
This firm was very professional and paid attention to detail. They did not answer our questions if they weren't sure of the answers, but researched the subject first and then got back to us. In talking with others since, we have come to realize that they were a bit "pricey," but cheaper isn't necessarily better when it comes to legal matters.
I was impressed with the responsiveness of Ruder Ware. They assisted me in setting up a nonprofit Corporation.
The copyright lawyer we worked with was very poor. His legal writings that were prepared for us were full of spelling and grammar errors and we were charged for the time he spent revising those simple errors. When we asked questions about litigation in our situation, he simply told us he wasn't a litigator and didn't offer much else in the way of help or information. Massive waste of time and money.
-`our attorney told us that the property we were wanting to accquire was not worth the money we were spending on his fees. I never felt that he was in our corner and doing the work we paid him for. I am forced to get another lawyer to spell this out for me based on the records that I have collected.
