I cited childrens Bill of Rights, GAL State Guide Book multiple times to Lori Theis FABIAN , GAL appointed in my case. Still, the incompetence shown through as State laws were blatantly ignored by the childless day drinker, GAL - Fabian, whom was laughably tasked to decide my sons kindergarten. Luckily for myself & child, the judge also called out her incompetence in trial. Fabian was also the GAL mentioned in a article that gained national attention for her misconduct in a Waukesha domestic violence case. Fabian is incredibly incompetent and needs to be removed immediately.
