Attorney Grayson was a marvelous help to me in obtaining a power-of-attorney and to help a relative. She helped by writing down each step on an "orange" sheet so i could go back and refer to it.
Both of my parents and my spouse and I have done our estate planning with Dennise. She has been phenomenal in negotiating the complex estate matters and with settling my parents' estates. Has been reasonably priced in the past. Very easy to talk to.
Dennise prepared 3 separate wills and one special needs trust for us. It was important that all the wills were coordinated with the special needs trust. Dennise explained all of our options in a manner that we felt secure in our choices. She is so easy to talk with and makes you feel comfortable the first time you meet her. There was a fifth legal issue from another state involved and Dennise was able to secure the information we needed. I have recommended Dennise to several people/families.
Dennise is not only a phenomenal lawyer but she also has a level of compassion that I have never seen in this profession. She excellent at breaking down all of your options and explaining them in a way that even a child could understand. Dennise is also very well aware of the emotional state that her clients are in and gives appropriate advice to keep them from making an ill-advised emotional decision. Additionally, her military background adds additional knowledge that not many have.
Dennise is a terrific estate and special needs trust attorney. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, timely, and so helpful especially to parents of special needs children. Dennise provides complimentary seminars to families of special needs children at Extra Special People Camp in Watkinsville, GA; serves on their Advisory Board; and is an advocate for people with disabilities.
