The biggest mistake of my life thus far. Mr. Parish is your below average representative, only wants to plea deal the case. I believe he has no other intentions than to take the path of least resistance. I provided him with material concerning my case and in return very little communication as to how to proceed forward. Mr. Plea Dealer ONLY should be highlighted along side his credits. His poor handling of my case nearly cost me my career. If your need a real attorney at law, go to St. Joseph.
http://www.justiceforlarry.com evidence against tat(bottom feeder) he instructed his client to sign a plea with no explanation knowing the allegations were false prior to retainment. Refuse to meet requests by his client. When notified about his clients iq being 62 he conspired with the judge and the prosecutor to have his client sign something they knew he wouldn't understand. Refused to have him evaluated and didn't do anything to defend his clients 14th amendment.
Tat Perish will take your money and will misrepresent you and your case, All he care about is money not you or your rights. Public defenders are way better that him and his firm. He took $4.500 from me and my wife and lost the case and also came up with over $2.000 in extra. We did not go to trial mr Parish !!! You lost my case !!! You refused communication with my attorney from outer state that was working hard for me for like 3 months ! When i was in jail you went to vacations 3 times and make me sit and wait for time when is convenient fir you. Mr Parish is not good attorney and can't be trusted. Public defenders do better job !!!! Time to retire old timer. Don't rip off and sue your clients... thats low !!! Mr. Parish
